What is Leisure Pops?

Leisure Pops is a point-of-sale, merchandizing software application that runs on an agent’s desktop and helps travel agents to sell more preferred suppliers, more add-on products and more upgrades.

Leisure Pops runs in the background on an Agent's desktop and then "Pops" or reminds an agent via a pop up message of opportunities to better serve their client - as well as make more commissions.

What Pops, when and from whom are determined by the agent.

Leisure Pops views the reservation systems (both GDS and web-based) that agent is working in and then “Pops” relevant offers. Leisure Pops displays the right offer at the right time, allowing both travel suppliers and travel arrangers the opportunity to realize more revenue by offering additional sales options that otherwise might have been missed! Leisure Pops also makes the additional bookings seamless by integrating or passing data back and forth saving the agent from re-keying information.

An example is Leisure Pops initial launch which is Las Vegas focused. Leisure Pops reads all four GDS’s as well as all major tour operator systems that sell Vegas and then "Pops," or at the point of sale helps agents sell additional products (such as shows, dinners, and city tours.) Leisure Pops "Pops" only preferred agent options and comes with complete reporting.

Leisure Pops cost agents $10 per month - although several suppliers and agent groups have negotiated deals where they provide Leisure Pops to agents absolutely free of charge.

Lee Rosen, President of Leisure Pops was the founder and owner of Trams, Inc. until its sale to Sabre Holdings in 2007 where he served as GM for Sabre Leisure. After leaving Sabre, Lee partnered with Booking Builder Technologies (Leisure Pops sister company) in designing the Leisure Pops program.
